Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Small Goods stuff but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns: Email us at smallgoods@krisandrewsmall.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items need to be back with us within 30 days of delivery – unworn, unwashed, tags on, in original packaging.

Once we receive and check everything over, we'll refund your original payment method. Return shipping is on you, and we'd recommend using a trackable service – we can't take responsibility for anything lost in transit. Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

International returns are welcome under the same conditions. Return shipping and any customs or duties incurred on the way back are your responsibility.

Exchanges: If you’d like to order a different size, colour or style, please place a new order on our website for the item you want, then follow the returns process for your original item. This way your new piece won't sell out while you're waiting.
